Housing and Residential Life
The incoming New York City Scholars will be living in FOUND Study-Turtle Bay, located at 525 Lexington Avenue, during their first year in New York. This private student accommodation is a 35-story high-rise that is currently home to more than 150 Marymount Manhattan College students, along with students from other colleges in New York City.
Dorm-Style Housing
Each bedroom holds two to three residents in a “double” or “triple” living style. Each room includes a bathroom. The rooms also come fully furnished, designed to maximize your living space, with these items provided:
- Twin XL bed
- Desk
- Armoire/closet (may be shared)
- Dresser
- Refrigerator and microwave
For more group cooking, there is a communal kitchen on the second floor of the building. The communal kitchen has four rooms, each with two ovens and a four-burner stove top for students to use at any time.
Security and Amenities
In addition to its excellent location, The FOUND Study-Turtle Bay offers 24-hour security and ID card entry. The full building is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi along with air conditioning and heating in each room.

Manhattan is Your Backyard
As a global institution, Northeastern encourages our students to take advantage of dynamic cities and new environments, and FOUND Study boasts the most accessible transportation network in Manhattan. With its location in Turtle Bay, along the East River, students are close to Grand Central Station, the U.N. headquarters, and Rockefeller Center!
The residence hall is also a quick walk to the Marymount Manhattan College campus. With just the swipe of a Metro Card, students have access to the entirety of New York City from their doorstep, as FOUND Study is just steps away from eight subway lines.
